Monoflange Valve

Monoflange valves are used as an alternative to a system which has multiple valves. FLUIDLOK Monoflange Valves are designed in an integrally forged body or barstock body specifically to provide a compact design with strength thereby reducing potential leak paths, system mass which in turn reduces the total weight, vibration, making it rigid, safer and cost efficient.

These valves are available in various configurations such as single block, single block and bleed, double block and bleed, etc. manufactured in Stainless Steel as standard material or carbon steel, duplex, super duplex, monel, etc. as per client needs in different sizes ranging from 1/2” to 2” further extending to different flange classes in each size, from class 150 to 2500, in accordance with ASME B16.5. Standard outlet connections available are 1/2" NPT female thread and material thickness confirming to ASME B1.20.1 and ASME B16.34 respectively.

With a one-piece ultra_slimline forged / barstock body, our valves feature an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) type needle valve (optional) for high mechanical strength and long life, gauge adaptors allowing flexible positioning of gauges, bubble tight shutoff and heat code traceable material to EN10204.3.1, NACE compliant (optional – for sour environment).

Our valves are 100% factory tested hydrostatically with respect to maximum allowable working pressure to a requirement of no visible leakage. Shell test is performed at 1.5 times the maximum rated working pressure and 1.1 times for a seat test in accordance with BS EN 12266-1 and API 598.
