Snubber

A snubber is typically used in-line with pressure gauges to suppress the pressure pulsations and surges by dampening the oscillations to simplify reading of pressure by keeping the pointer steady. Snubbers also known as pulsation dampers, protect the pressure instruments or gauges from pressure pulsations or rapid pressure fluctuation. These are ideal for application where instruments undergo severe pressure pulsations for example at a pump’s discharge.

Available in materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, monel, etc. in standard connection as 1/2" NPT (F) x 1/2" NPT (M) or other connections can be offered as per customer requirements.
