Our range of manifold valves includes 2 way, 3 way and 5 way manifold valves, made of stainless steel, carbon steel and duplex stainless steel available in various specifications and configurations. These are functionally installed to control, measure, isolate, equalize, calibrate, drain, vent or differentiate the pressure of liquids and gases. Valve manifolds series offer 2, 3 and 5 valves configurations which come in remote mounting ‘R’ Type (Pipe to Pipe), and direct mounting ‘T’ & ‘H’ Type (Pipe to Flange & Flange to Flange) onto the instrument on 2-1/8”(54mm) center.
Each of the Valve Manifold we provide are equipped with low torque, minimum pressure drop, leak tight seal, fire safe (optional) and most importantly competitive price to meet the trending demands of industries. Our valves are followed to strict quality and rigorous testing standard to provide constant performance in various environment. All of our manifold valves are 100% factory tested, shell test is performed at 1.5 times and seat test at 1.1 times the maximum rated pressure in accordance with BS EN 12266-1.
Our Valve Manifold features a one-piece forged / bar stock valve body with non-rotating tip design which forms a bearing joint with the stem and eliminates rotation between plug and seat at closure, a safety bonnet lock which prevents accidental disassembly, mirror finished stem burnished to a 16RMS, adjustable packing below the stem, safety back seating and a dust cap for preventing contamination and washout of lubricant as well as for identification (green for equalizing, blue for isolation and red for vent).
