Monoflange valves are used in isolation services, pressure measurement, level measurement, and sampling.

One-piece ultra-slimline forged or bar-stock body combines a compact design with strength and reduces potential leak paths compared to conventional designs.
Bubble tight shut-off.
1/2" NPT-Female thread outlet to ASME B1.20.1
1/2" NPT-Female thread vent connection to ASME B1.20.1
Material thickness to ASME A16.34
Fire safe to API 607.

Pressure Temperature Rating: Working pressure #150 to #2500, up to working temperatures listed below in accordance with ASME B16.5
Working Temperature:
-58ºF to 400ºF (-50ºC to 204ºC) for stainless steel & duplex valves.
-50ºF to 400ºF (-46ºC to 204ºC) for carbon steel valves.

All valves are 100% factory tested.
Shell test is performed at 1.5 times to the maximum working pressure and
Seat test is performed at 1.1 times to the maximum working pressure in accordance with ASME BS EN 12266-1 and API 598.
