Product Information

Application:

  •  Wide range of general purpose in liquid & gas handling applications.

 

 

  

Specifications:

  • Standard pressure rating up to 6000 psi (413 bars).
  • Standard PTFE packing and optional Graphoil packing for higher temperature services.
  • Temperature rating for PTFE 450ºF (232ºC) & for Graphoil 1000ºF (538ºF).

Features:

  • Integral Bonnet Needle Valve Forged Body designed in inline & angle flow pattern.
  • Back seating of stem in fully open position prevents stem back out.
  • Standard metal seal for pressure tightness at elevated temperatures.
  

Testing:

  • Hydrostatic test: Body 1.5 times - 9000 psi (620 bars) & Seat 1.1 times - 6600 psi (455 bars).
  • Pneumatic test: Seat - 1000 psi (69 bars)
  • Valve is tested with nitrogen at 1000 psi for leakage at the seat, to maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1scc/min.
